Merit Technologies Awarded Zhengzhou Shuangqiao WWPT and Sludge Treatment Contracts
On Mar. 2016, Merit Technologies was awarded two separate contracts for work on the Zhengzhou Shuangqiao WWTP through the international bidding process.
One of the contracts is an EPC contract for the Zhengzhou Shuanqiao WWPT. The completed project will have a treatment capacity of 200,000 cubic meters/day.
Additionally, Merit Technologies was awarded the Sludge Composting contract for the same WWPT. Upon completion the sludge treatment facility will have a total treatment capacity of 600 tons/day.
Merit Technologies Awarded Zhengzhou New District WWPT Contract.
In Mar. 2016, Merit Technologies was awarded the EPC contract for Zhengzhou New District WWTP through the international bidding process. The completed project will be a totally new installation for the city of Zhengzhou, with a capacity of 300 tons/day in thermal drying and 1000 tons/day in Anaerobic Digestion.
First US-EXIM Supported Water Project in China
In January 2014 , MTI was awarded the EPC contract for Lu'an No.1 Water Treatment Plant to be financed by US Export & Import Bank (EXIM). If approved by EXIM and dully executed, such a contract will be a milestone project for all EXIM bank supported project in China in that never before has any infrastructure project been supported by EXIM in China. The contracted plant is scheduled to be launched in operation by the end of 2015.
